2) Our services
Peru Prestige provides advisory and support services related to market entry, positioning, partnerships, PR launch strategy, and hospitality/culinary projects in Peru (the “Services”).
Unless explicitly agreed in writing, we do not provide legal, tax, regulatory, or financial investment advice
3) No guarantee of results
We work with high standards and cultural precision, but outcomes may depend on third parties (media, partners, venues, suppliers), timing, and market conditions. Therefore, we do not guarantee specific commercial results, press coverage, partnerships, revenue, or approvals.
4) Proposals, scope, and delivery
Any proposal, scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees are confirmed in writing (email is sufficient) before work starts. Anything outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote.
5) Fees, invoicing, and payment
Fees are communicated and confirmed before delivery. Invoices are payable within [X] days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may pause delivery until payment is received.
6) Rescheduling and cancellations
If a meeting or work session must be rescheduled, please provide notice at least [24/48] hours in advance.
For cancellations of a confirmed engagement, the conditions (including any deposit or retained fee) are defined in the written agreement or accepted quote.
7) Third-party partners & costs
Some work may involve third parties (PR contacts, venues, chefs, suppliers, agencies, translators, designers, etc.). Any third-party costs are paid by the client unless otherwise agreed. We are not responsible for third-party performance,
delays, or decisions.
8) Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential and will not disclose it without your consent, except when required by law or when necessary to perform the Services (e.g., outreach to partners), always in line with the agreed scope.
9) Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, visuals, branding elements, structure) is owned by Peru Prestige or used with permission and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Client deliverables are provided for the client’s internal and business use. Reuse, publication, resale, or distribution beyond the intended purpose may require written permission, unless agreed otherwise.
10) Liability limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peru Prestige shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, reputational impact, or third-party claims. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount paid for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.
11) Website use
You agree not to misuse this website (security attacks, scraping, attempts to disrupt service, unlawful use). We may restrict access if we suspect misuse.
12) Changes to these Terms
