ABOUT MGPP ADVISORY

MGPP Advisory is a Switzerland-based strategic advisory firm supporting leaders, organizations, and international partners facing complex decisions across markets, territories, and cultures.

Our work focuses on strategic clarity, positioning, and decision support in environments where reputation, excellence, and long-term credibility are essential.

We operate at the intersection of strategy, governance, cultural intelligence, and international positioning, particularly in sectors such as premium hospitality, gastronomy, investment initiatives, and high-value international collaborations.

MGPP Advisory helps organizations understand markets, structure partnerships, align stakeholders, and move forward with clarity and credibility.

When projects involve Peru, we activate Peru Prestige, our Peru-specific strategic capability.

Through our operational presence via Swissandes SAC (Peru), we provide local insight, trusted networks, and contextual understanding that allow international partners to operate effectively in-country.

MGPP combines Swiss standards of clarity, structure, reliability, and discretion with deep cross-cultural understanding to support leaders navigating complex international environments.

Monica leads MG Advisory | Peru Prestige with a decision-driven approach focused on strategic reading, structuring and clarity at the earliest stages. Based in Switzerland, she operates at the interface between European expectations and the operational realities of international markets, supporting projects that require deep territory understanding, high standards and robust governance.

She is also Principal Partner and Co-Founder of Swissandes SAC (Peru), the local operating entity that anchors projects on the ground and strengthens execution credibility. This dual position — strategic in Europe and structural in Peru — enables real alignment between vision, governance and implementation.

Her value lies in upstream decision advisory: identifying blind spots, decoding cultural and trust dynamics, assessing real (not theoretical) risks, and translating ambition into clear, credible and executable frameworks.

Over the years, Monica has developed cross-sector expertise in premium and complex environments (hospitality, gastronomy, high-end experiences, value-driven projects), while maintaining a distinctly Swiss working method: clarity, structure, reliability and discretion.

Areas of expertise

  • Strategic reading of complex and multicultural markets

  • Structuring international and cross-border initiatives (framework, priorities, governance)

  • Premium positioning and brand coherence

  • Selection and qualification of local partners (reliability, alignment, execution capacity)

  • Upstream advisory: go / no-go decisions, risk reading, project–territory alignment
